• 5 sprigs of rosemary
• 4 sprigs of sage and thyme
• 2 bay leaves
• 1 sprig of fennel
• 2 sprigs of oregano and basil
• a clove of garlic

Homemade: herb roll


1. Wash and dry the herbs thoroughly, lightly crush and (at most) half fill two large preserving jars. 

2. Add half a clove of garlic to each jar, fill with oil and seal well.

3. Then gently heat the jars in a water bath for 15 minutes before leaving them to cool in the water.

4. Once the glasses have completely cooled, place them in the sun for 2 or 3 days and shake them occasionally. Your herb oil is ready!

tip: store your oil in dark bottles as it keeps longer that way. The Artesano Original jug is perfect for this.
