Can I amend or cancel my order later?

No subsequent changes are possible as all orders are transmitted to our Logistics department immediately after receipt to ensure they are processed as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my goods?

Available items, indicated by a green traffic light symbol, will generally be delivered to you within 5-7 days, regardless of your chosen payment method. We will inform you of the status of your order by email.

Where can I view my orders?

As a registered customer, you can view your orders by clicking on “Log in” and then logging in using your email address and password. You will then immediately see your most recent orders.

How can I check the delivery time for items that are not currently in stock?

If you don’t already have an account, please create one on our website: Create account Next, add the item you are interested in to your wish list and select the option “Please notify me when the item is back in stock” in the wish list. We will then send you an email as soon as the item is available to order again.

Is it possible to combine several orders?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine several orders as each order is processed immediately on receipt.

My order has been put “on hold”. What does this mean?

If your order has the status “on hold” in your customer account, this means that it was not completed, for example, because payment was not made. In this case, please place your order again.

In which branch is an item currently available?

The Check & Reserve feature allows you to check the availability of each item in your Villeroy & Boch branch and order or reserve the item directly by phone. Your branch will also be happy to send your purchase to you if you can’t manage to visit us in person.

Where can I purchase seconds?

Seconds, surplus stock and discontinued products can be purchased from our Factory Outlet Centers. Visit our Store Locator to find your nearest outlet:
